To compliment the training, H.C. Bennett Company also offers...

In the era of "Informed Compliance", H.C. Bennett Company has a special program for importers subject to FDA scrutiny using a private FDA-approved laboratory.

Reviews are offered BEFORE shipments are made to determine probable requirements of FDA. This is coordinated with the Baltimore FDA District to determine what FDA may be looking for if the subsequent shipment is selected for examination. Other matters of possible FDA concern are the scrutiny of this pre-review as well.

In going through such a pre-review procedure, FDA and the importer open a dialog BEFORE the shipment arrives, possibly averting sample detentions or compliance problems once the shipment arrives in port.
