Please download the access software for MS LM 2007 by going to this deep link on the Microsoft website >http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA101733831033.aspx.

Scroll down to "Accept terms and Install" The file to download is 15.8 MB

Hit "Run" (or save if you want to save the file to your hard drive and then open it). This will download the file.

When it says "Do you want to run?" Select "RUN." This will install the file on your hard drive. After it is installed successfully, you're ready to use MS LM 2007!

For the audio portion, please call this toll-free number and then put in your participant code. You will hear Music-on-Hold and

will be automatically transferred directly into the conference call after the Presenter has logged in.

Participants will be able to dial into the toll-free number at the start time of your conference using the Participant PIN. Depending on how you requested to have your account set up, Participant's will either have access to the call only after the Presenter has entered the Presenter PIN, or they will hear Music-on-Hold and will be automatically transferred directly into the conference call after the Presenter has entered the Presenter PIN.

Anyone at any time can mute their own individual line.

An email invitation will be sent to you. Click "Join Meeting" up to 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start. The Meeting ID and Entry Code will automatically populate. Click "Join" and add your name as a participant. Subsequently, connect to the audio conference call or join the meeting via Internet audio (requires a microphone and speakers connected to your PC). The mode of audio will be included in the email invitation.

If you know the Meeting ID and Entry Code, and the meeting time is within 15 minutes of the schedule start, you can also log into this link to Microsoft Live Meeting. You will be required to input the Meeting ID and Entry Code if this option is used.
